Information för vad du kan göra om din vän blir utsatt för trakasserier, grooming eller sexuellt våld

Welcome to the #MyFriendToo page!
You might have found this webpage while looking for support for your friend or yourself. We’re glad you found your way here! Worrying about a friend and keeping worrisome secrets can be really difficult and tiring, but support is available. This page can help you and your friend get the support you deserve.

You and your friend are not alone
Most children first tell a friend when something serious happens. Friends can make a big difference, but sometimes there are situations where a trusted adult’s guidance and support is needed.
If you or someone you know has fallen victim to sexual violence, support and resources are available. Although talking about sexual violence may feel challenging, keeping it secret from a safe adult can often make the situation worse and keep you or your friend from getting help.
Sexual violence is never the victim’s fault. You and your friend can heal, and a safe adult can help you along the way.
My friend told me and I encouraged them to tell an adult. Although it is important to rely on friends, no one can carry a heavy burden or act as a friend's therapist.
