Simon Bailey CBE, QPM, DL, Protect Children Expert Advisor
Simon Bailey is the Former Chief Constable at Norfolk Constabulary now working as the Chair of International Policing and Public Protection Research Institute (IPPPRI), and Director of Strategic Engagement at Child Rescue Coalition.
As Protect Children's Expert Advisor, Simon plays a crucial role in guiding our organisation's mission to protect children from abuse. With extensive experience across law enforcement, child protection, and policy development, he provides strategic insights, ensuring our research, advocacy, and interventions remain at the forefront of safeguarding practices. His expertise strengthens our ability to collaborate with stakeholders worldwide and drive effective, evidence-based solutions to prevent child sexual abuse.

Scharliina is a strong advocate for children’s rights who speaks up through art. Among other things, Scharliina is a proud and successful artist, actress, singer, songwriter, and model. Striving to bring justice to victims of child abuse, Scharliina has launched the Little Girl Project, which aims to bring awareness, change and support to end child abuse and deal with its consequences. Scharliina actively participates in our advocacy and awareness work enhancing the fight against child sexual abuse.
