Matilda Sandvik, LL.M., is a Child Rights Specialist at Protect Children.
She is specialised in international human rights law and the realisation of the rights of the child, particularly in the cyberspace.
Matilda wrote her LL.M. thesis on the issue of balancing the fundamental rights to privacy and personal data protection with children’s right to protection from online sexual exploitation and abuse in EU law.
At Protect Children, Matilda trains professionals working with children on the rights of the child and works with survivors of child sexual abuse.
