Veronica has a background in psychology and brings nearly a decade of experience in education, instructional design, and curriculum development across diverse cultural and professional contexts, experience that shapes how she thinks about accessible, evidence-informed prevention work. She firmly believes that lasting change requires engaging with the full cycle of abuse, supporting those affected while addressing the conditions and behaviours that give rise to harm in the first place.
At Protect Children, Veronica works primarily on the prevention of sexual violence against children. She develops educational and prevention materials, including RD Youth, a digital intervention for adolescents who engage in harmful sexual behaviour online, supports research and programme development, and assists with international trainings and professional events.
