Protect Children has launched a new global survey for victims and survivors of image-based child sexual violence.
The survey is part of our Project Lens, in collaboration with the University of Eastern Finland, and aims to understand and prevent emerging forms of image-based sexual violence against children. Through the survey, participants will be able to share about their personal background, experiences of harmful sexual interactions online, as well as their impacts and consequences. All responses gathered will help us develop educational and prevention materials to keep children safe online.
The survey is currently available in nine languages: English, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Tajik, Finnish, and Kazakh, with more languages (including Kyrgyz and Uzbek) coming soon
If you are interested in helping us share the survey in your country, or translating the survey into a new language, please contact: Valeriia Soloveva valeriia.soloveva@suojellaanlapsia.fi
By investigating survivor experiences, family perspectives, and professional attitudes, Project Lens will build a robust knowledge base to inform and implement a comprehensive, system-wide response to existing and emerging forms of image-based sexual violence against children.
