No matter what.
We're here to help.
If you or your friend have questions or are worried about reporting to the police, you are not alone. Sometimes reporting or seeking support can feel scary or overwhelming, and that’s completely understandable. However, the right support can make things feel easier and help you or your friend find a way forward. Everyone has the right to support – no matter what.
To support you or your friend in reporting and healing, we’ve put together a list of resources you can explore. In each of the resources listed below, you can access support and learn more about how to report to the police and what reporting might look like and involve in your or your friend’s case.
