Noora Nieminen

Noora Nieminen is a Junior Specialist and an Executive Assistant at Protect Children.

Noora is a clinical psychology graduate (BA in Psychology) specialising in forensic psychology and is currently finalising her qualifications as a licensed clinical psychologist. Noora has developed strong expertise in child protection, advocating for strategies that both heal and empower victims and survivors. She is deeply committed to developing innovative strategies that promote healing and resilience while preventing future acts of sexual violence.

At Protect Children, Noora is responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the organisation by supporting the team in various research- and project-related tasks as well as administrative tasks. Particularly, she supports the organisation’s delivery of psychosocial interventions and materials to support victims and families and to prevent sexual violence against children.
