Tegan Insoll, LL.M., is the Head of Research at Protect Children.

As the Head of Research at Protect Children, Tegan leads a dedicated team focused on addressing online sexual violence against children through innovative, ethically sound research. She is responsible for the design and implementation of large-scale research projects aimed at understanding and preventing online child abuse and exploitation, and she has authored multiple high-impact publications, including peer-reviewed articles and research reports.

Tegan collaborates closely with international stakeholders, presenting findings at global conferences, webinars, and policy forums. With a focus on producing impactful, evidence-based research, Tegan strives to inform policy, support advocacy efforts, and advance the protection of children worldwide.

Tegan has an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law and is specialised in global health law and children’s rights.
